Dr.
Y. Jo Wong
Dr. Y. Jo Wong graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook,
School of Dental Medicine in 1986. She did a General
Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center from
1986-1987.
Her practice offers a wide range of state of the
art and caring services for the very young to the
very old, from bleaching to Invisalign, from laser
gum therapy, CAD/CAM crowns, to dentures, implant
crowns, root canals, and extractions. She’s
constantly updated and equipped with the latest
advances in dentistry backed by sound scientific
research.
Dr. Wong joined the
PEARL Network (Practitioner Engaged in Applied
Research and Learning, Link to Pearl Network) at its
infancy in 2005. She conducted laboratory research
while studying for a Master’s degree in Chemistry at
Clemson University, but she had no clinical research
experience prior to joining the PEARL Network. Being
a member of the Executive Committee, and a Principal
Practitoner-Investigator for the Pearl Network has
been a great experience for her.

Despite living and working in a big metropolis, Dr.
Wong often encounters patients around town, and
enjoys the close-knit feeling she has with them.
