Insurance Information
Let us know prior to your visit what dental
insurance coverage you have and we will let you know
how we handle it. All insurance is handled on a case
by case, plan by plan basis. A single major insurer
may have many different plans. Sometimes we will
accept your insurance as full payment with no co-pay
necessary, sometimes there is a co-pay, and
sometimes we do not accept your insurance at all. In
any event, we will attempt to maximize your
coverage by writing reports, sending x-rays and
even intra-oral photos as necessary.
We find that in general the major dental insurers
cover our fees for examinations, x-rays and
cleaning, and in those cases we can accept payment
directly from an insurer with no co-pay.
Unless prior arrangements are made, please assume
that full payment is expected at the time service is
rendered.
Doctor Fearon participates in the Columbia Dental
Plan and Delta.
