What is CEREC?
CEREC a system for the fabrication of all ceramic
dental restorations in one office visit. The East
Coast Dental Group has been utilizing CEREC for
several years and has successfully completed several
thousand CEREC restorations. We believe CEREC is the
ideal way to restore teeth in the vast majority of
instances, especially when amalgam fillings are
being replaced. It incorporates the longevity of
amalgam with the good looks and bonding properties
of composite. It allows us to design a minimally
invasive restoration utilizing onlays, partial
crowns and veneers instead of traditional full
crowns.
